Measure & mark
Use a tape measure and level. Mark vertical guide lines on a dry, dust-free wall (drywall, brick, concrete or timber battens).
Cut to size
If trimming, use a fine-toothed handsaw across the slats and a sharp utility knife to slice the felt. Always wear a dust mask and safety glasses.
Attach to the wall
Apply heavy-duty construction adhesive in a zig-zag pattern, or use 38 mm black drywall screws through the felt every 200 mm.
Finish the edges
Slot the next panel's felt lip beneath the previous slat — seams disappear. Finish exposed edges with a matching walnut end trim.

Is shipping really free across Canada?
Yes — free shipping to most Canadian provinces (Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI and Newfoundland & Labrador). Remote and northern regions (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and certain rural postal codes) may incur a small surcharge calculated at checkout. For studio-grade absorption, install on 45 mm battens with mineral wool infill and the rating increases significantly.
Do the panels handle Canadian winter humidity swings?
Yes — the stable MDF core and fade-resistant veneer are engineered for Canadian indoor conditions, including dry winter heating and summer humidity. Just avoid direct moisture contact (bathrooms, exterior walls, unheated garages, and sunrooms with condensation).
Can I cut the panel to fit my wall?
Absolutely. Use a fine-toothed handsaw across the wooden slats and a sharp utility knife to slice the felt cleanly. The felt lip on one edge is designed to interlock with the next panel — so trim from the opposite side to preserve invisible seams.
Is it suitable for bathrooms or kitchens?
Not for bathrooms, shower areas, or any damp/humid environment — the MDF core and felt are not waterproof. Kitchens are fine away from sinks and stoves (avoid direct steam and splash zones).
Can I install over wallpaper?
Yes — but use 38 mm black drywall screws into the substrate behind the wallpaper. Adhesive on wallpaper is unreliable, since wallpaper paste can't guarantee the bond strength needed for the panel weight.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Inspect on delivery — any damage or defect should be reported within 30 days. Unused panels in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. No restocking fees.
Are the panels FSC / sustainably sourced?
